Thank you for taking the RetailX Leadership Barometer. We ask members of our RetailCraft and CustomerX cohorts (dinner guests, event speakers, contributors, podcast guests and invitees) to give us their views. We focus on the sentiments and attitudes in leading commercial teams and businesses.

We ask for your Linkedin details since that allows us to create a role/seniority/area/industry profile, without asking you for any personal information. We do not attribute answers to you, just to anonymised profiles.

The survey takes 12 minutes to complete (but longer if you give fuller free text answers). We particularly value comments and explanations - so much richer than the answers alone!
