Welcome to Week 7.

Last week you tested one specific option in the real world and got a real result. This week takes that one direction — not a hedge across several — and builds the actual bridge to it: what's genuinely missing, and the smallest sufficient way to close each gap.

The hypothesis: the bridge doesn't need to be impressive. It needs to be sufficient, and it needs to be provable.

What to do:

Working from your Week 6 direction, list what's genuinely missing and pair each gap, in the same step, with its minimum sufficient action — not "get certified," but "compile the three photos from last week's small bet into a one-page portfolio." Small enough that not doing it can no longer be blamed on time or resources.

Once your Gap & Skill Plan is filled, write one Positioning Statement — the line you'd actually use in a LinkedIn headline or the first ten seconds of introducing yourself. Then test it: can you point to a specific artifact from Weeks 1–6 behind every claim in it? If not, cut it or turn it into a gap instead.

Post here when:

  • 🟢 Early in the week — Share your biggest gap. Ask the thread if your "minimum sufficient action" actually sounds minimum, or still too large.
  • 🟡 Mid-week — Share one action you've already started on, however small.
  • 🔵 End of week — Share your Positioning Statement. Ask the thread to challenge any clause they can't see the evidence for.

A ground rule for this thread:

When someone posts their Positioning Statement, don't just approve of it. Point at the specific clause you can't see backed up by anything from Weeks 1–6. That's not criticism — it's the provability check this week is built on, and it's the most useful thing you can do for someone else's post.

Go build something small enough to actually finish. 🌉
