Welcome to Week 8. This is the last one.

Seven weeks ago you started with an inventory of what you already had. Since then you've named your values, defined what a good life requires, met your Hoped and Feared selves, cleared room in your actual week, tested one real option in the world, and built the bridge to it. This week, all of it comes together into a single forward-looking plan.

The hypothesis: this plan is not a contract. It's built to be revised the moment new data arrives — the same way every week of this program fed into the next.

What to do:

Start with The Arc — one line per week, not a summary, just the one thing that actually stayed with you. Then build The Four Horizons: 1 year (anchored on Week 7, concrete and checkable), 2 years (anchored on Weeks 6–7, your direction and positioning), 5 years (anchored on Week 3, a condition, not a milestone), and 10 years (anchored on Week 4, an identity, not a job title). Close it into one page short enough to hand someone else, with a real date to come back and revise it.

Post here when:

  • 🟢 Early in the week — Share one line from your Arc — the single thing from any week that's stayed with you the most.
  • 🟡 Mid-week — Share your 10-year horizon. Ask the thread if it reads like an identity, or if it snuck back into being a job title.
  • 🔵 End of week — Share your One-Page Life Plan and your revisit date.

A ground rule for this last thread:

Read someone else's Arc before you post your own. Eight weeks of individual work is about to become a shared record — take the time to actually see what this looked like from inside someone else's week.

One more thing. This closes the founding cohort's eight weeks, not the conversation. Post your revisit date here, and when it arrives, come back and tell us what the data said. That's the whole point of calling this a hypothesis instead of a plan.

Thank you for the eight weeks. 🔭
