Welcome to Week 2.

Last week you inventoried what you can do. This week has nothing to do with capability — it's about what you'd actually do with your time if doing it well no longer required a paycheck or anyone's approval.

The premise: if money and professional status were completely off the table (not a fantasy, your actual reality) what would an ordinary day look like? Not a vacation. A Tuesday you'd want to live 300 times a year.

The hypothesis: the shape of that day isn't wishful thinking, it's a values instrument. Every choice you make while building it is data about what you're actually optimizing for.

Three ground rules before you start (they're in the PDF too, but worth repeating here):

1. It's a Tuesday, not a vacation — sustainability is the test.
2. Money is unlimited, but you're not being asked how you'd spend it — you're being asked how you'd spend your time.
3. Nobody's watching. If it only makes sense because of how it looks to someone else, it doesn't belong in this day.

What to do:

Build your Ideal Day Blueprint one or two segments at a time across the week (morning, late morning, afternoon, evening, night). Then run the Absence Test, translate 4–6 elements of the day into values, and close with a one-line manifesto.

Post here when:

• 🟢 Early in the week — Share your morning segment. What surprised you about how ordinary — or how different — it turned out to be?
• 🟡 Mid-week — Answer the Absence Test out loud: what's missing from your real week that showed up in your ideal day? This is usually the most useful post of the week to read, not just write.
• 🔵 End of week — Share your one-line manifesto and one value from your translation table you didn't expect to find.

A ground rule for this thread:

Resist the urge to design an "impressive" day for the group. The version with no one watching is the one worth posting — that's the whole point of the exercise, and it's also what makes other people's posts worth reading.
